pressed vol down+power button to get into fast boot mode.

Now when i moved to recovery and selected it, it said " no command ".

What to do now:

just keep on pressing power+vol up keys 2-5 times with 2sec gap in between & boom, the options will be displayed in front of you.

Select Reboot or Reboot System Now.

vdc cryptfs changepw default current_password default_password

does the trick. Replace current_password with the real current password.
